Certified Case Managers

Certified Case Managers (CCMs) are certified by the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC). CCMs must generally complete 80 continuing education units (CEUs) or hours every 5 years in order to retain an active certification. These CEUs can be completed by taking any of the fast and interactive online courses listed in the catalog below, and available 24/7.

All CareerSmart® Learning, powered by ISYSEd, courses below have been pre-approved by the CCMC. Some are also approved to provide Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) credits as indicated in the course titles.
